Ruby's new Gabber
The new ebay Gabber arrived today! look, it's green!
it was £26 including postage. it has a little bit of rust on the bars, but that's all. Just a bit dusty.
Ruby is the name i've chosen for Basia's little girl, btw

I love Gabbers! Ruby is a really pretty name! Do you find your hammies like the wooden houses etc?

some of them love to sleep in them and other sleep under the plastic. it seems about 50/50 and i haven't noticed much difference between boys/girls. the ones that don't sleep in them like to walk on them and chew them. i've never cut a syrian's nails! some like to go inside to store food or chew them!
I'd like it if Ruby used the hut because i'm planning on taking out the plastic back when i breed her.

Well Ruby is already getting her practice in monkey barring from the top bars of her Duna. All the girls do it but the boys haven't managed it yet!
Looks a lovely cage, Bunsey, she is going to be a very spoilt hamster I can see.

My Carapaws were exactly the same - the girls did it first and the boys just didn't seem able to for ages! Actually, thinking back, it was Cara, Bronte and Milly that did it first
It does look fab - we all know Gabbers are cool but you have done it out rather nicely, Bunsey
