Yes, I e-mailed them back to confirm shipping, and got the new EUR24.40 quote.

Most definitely not EUR6.00! Nor what I thought I'd been quoted previously, when I'd gone looking for Gabbers - will have to dig that mail out, as I could have sworn it was something more reasonable.

Quick mental arithmetic means that a Gabber from them is now working out at approx. £50, not a bargain by any means!!!

Bit confused now, don't The Pet Corner have a regular online shop as well as their e-bay one? They have Gabbers listed for sale there . The website seems a bit...broken, I don't know if it's been updated lately or what
I really need a non-barred cage nooow *stamps foot* I just emailed Shane Todd about my Duna and whether it actually exists or if they've charged me for nowt, hopefully they'll get back to me before Christmas

Ugh, can't believe they're not producing them any more!

http://www.catadog.com/catalog/product_ ... ts_id=2046
I found that, but I dunno if it's any use because
1) It's French but in English
2) It's in euros - I dunno the exchange rate
3) Don't know how much shipping would be to the UK

I posted about this on 5 Apr (under Housing/Possible Bad Gabber Rex Development...). Here you go:

"I've found a French website that stocks Gabbers (Rex and Lux) but they're expensive, particularly as the Euro is so strong against the pound at the moment. A Gabber Rex with shipping to the UK is 90 euros so approx £70."

Ah sorry never saw that! But thanks. £70 is a bit steep!

I wouldn't bank on the conversion situation changing soon, either!

I think that horse has long bolted!
