Possible bad Gabber Rex development..

Unfortunately The Pet Corner (everybody's favourite Rex stockist) are currently unable to get any more due to their supplier dropping the Rex

There's one left and someone's made an offer so if anyone's desperate for one - or was planning to get one soon - now might be the time for a Buy It Now.

I'm ashamed *hangs head in shame* that I didn't post this before my offer was accepted on two Gabbers - I needed one for Matty and one for myself and my local petshops are really, really struggling to get them in. They order every week but they just can't get them.

I hope this isn't the end for the Rex - there were rumours last year that they were being discontinued

Ha! I wondered who it was - I'm glad it's someone from here.

I really hope they will come in again. My local petshop ordered four this week and they got one - which I wanted but someone else had reserved

The problem is that one of the people buying one of my babies wants one - I can't get hold of her tonight to tell her there's only one left and I don't know where else to tell her to go now - so my baby might end up in a less brilliant cage.

well my local store has more lux'es than ever but they never have the rex in and the wont order one for me thought im going to a meeting with the manager tomorrow to see if he will order any for me.

i would like one for my current litter as its suitable for Chinese or Syrians that what i love about them useable for all species and great for someone like me who doesn’t want to have to spend a fortune replacing cages if I change what species I breed :P

Anyone need one or two if I have some sucess

ho-hum - I was too late then - on Wednesday I asked what colours there were left, and then today put in an offer on 3 of them - but hey - looks like you all got there before me.

Never mind - will just have to keep searching for Gabbers or something better!

I just got the last one from the Pet Corner. I bought it a few mins ago and then logged on and saw this thread which is a bit spooky. I can't believe they're not stocking them anymore. No wonder they were weird when I made an offer earlier - they just declined it and never made a counter-offer like they usually do.

On a good note for Holly, I'm actually "bibbju" on Hamster Heaven and the Gabber I just got is for the baby I'm hoping to get from you/Molly/Smartie soon!! So at least the good cage still goes to one of your babies

Dont worry about the Gabber stealing Julie, I can cope lol. My local garden centre has a zoozone 1 for £24.99 which I have been considering for a week or so - it is just like a gabber but without the shelf so I think that will be coming home with me tomorrow! Especially since I think a couple of mine. like your Aero, will need to be shelf-less due to excessive chewing too.
