Carefresh and Megazorb are both made from 'virgin wood pulp' whatever that is! I only know this because I researched a whole lot of different beddings for my website.

Megazorb is £4.99 here and it costs £3.47 to have one or two bags of Megazorb delivered. I have read positive reviews about them on other forums.

I am think I will order some from them.

Thanks for that, Gill, I've ordered some as my bag from Sue will be no more after this weekend

They do add VAT when you check out which is another couple of quid - a shame but if it's fragrance-free when it gets here it will be worth it and I can buy in bulk next time if I don't manage to find any locally.

type Farmway online into google and their total price is £8.98 for 1 bag at £4.99. Best to have it delivered as it probably won't stink. In cages the smell goes away pretty quickly but when you empty the cages or replace the old with the new keep your mouth firmly shut and try not to breathe too hard as it can be quite dusty.

Well I've used all the fragrance-free Megazorb in one mega clean out session ...and I've still got the LH boys on Aubiose for now. Megazorb is going to work out a bit more expensive than just using Aubiose, I guess, but I have to say my hamster room (and indeed living room, landing and my bedroom where hamsters all live) have never smelt so nice.

I'm also impressed with the softness - I've used it for Smartie's final clean out before the litter arrive and she's already constructed a huge, comfy nest

I really hope the two bags I've ordered from Greenmule turn out to be the good stuff [/quote]

Good news for me - and anyone else who can't find fragrance free Megazorb - my two bags from Greenmule arrived this morning and they are both of the un-smelly variety

I'm delighted! The only downer is that I need 3 bags per month and it's going to cost me over twenty quid as opposed to 8.25 a month for Aubiose. Plus I'm going to need to continue getting the Aubiose as well for my LH males (unless I can findsomething else). I've tried Mars (my shortest haired LH male) on the Megazorb and it does get caught up a bit but isn't too bad for him. I'm dubious about trying Tobes and Button on it and not at all keen on trying it for Rolo (LH Satin)

Oh well, it doesn seem pretty good to me - so if anyone wants the fragrance-free version, get it from Greenmule

Try Finacard for the LH males. I was dubious but have been using it for over a month now and it does not tangle at all in even the longest haired boys, so less time grooming and less skirt being pulled out. It is £13.99 delivered or I have still got a bale or 2 spare I can bring to shows for £10. A bag will last approx 60 changes I reckon. If you are ordering online please mention the hamster club as Mr Shah has promised to give the club commission on sales!
If anyone wants Megazorb bringing to a show (space permitting) please shout - £7.50 a bag (non-smelly!!) My supplier delivers on a Friday so I need to know by 5pm Thursday at the latest.
