Default Can you attatch habitrail with savic?

Sammy has the hamster heaven but I really really want to add on to it using the habitrail ovo. I love the design! Has anybody had any luck with attatching it? Or have you got any suggestions concerning making a hole in the cage or wire part? to accomadate the tubing
Thanks
Beccy

If you have a hamster heaven already you really don't need another section to add. I think the ovo is way to small for a syrian and the tubes and small pod sections become hot and stuffy. It is also very expensive and hard to clean. Stick with more toys for the heaven I'd say

I wouldnt go for an Ovo if i was you, i agree it looks good, but cleaning it would be a nightmare. Ive had the rotostack with lots of tubes and i hated it. Hamster heaven is a decent size so you shouldnt need to add anything else

I also really dislike the Ovo - even as an add on it's horribly small and stuffy, I couldn't believe the size of the module when I saw it for real in P@H. This is one designed for the owners pleasure not the hamsters - and judging by how many people on other forums seem to think it's "cool" their cynical marketing ploy is working

I wouldn't bother either..... Sammy may just end up eating it anyway! I've had to remove Herbert's Penthouse (green thing on top of the HH!) as he started eating it to get out.

I've bought some bits and bobs including a sleep n' ledge to improve the use of his space instead. Will take some pics soon so people can see a different layout.

Well, I got an adventure pack for £10. Instead of Sammy's cage I decided to create tunnels for Frisbee he loves it!
