6mm square mesh?
Hello,
I was wondering where people buy this from? Do places like B+Q and Homebase do it? Our local independent garden shop only does chicken wire in terms of mesh. I've bought larger mesh (1cm x 2cm) rolls before, but I've never needed to look into tiny mesh before.
I'm going to have a search on past threads, but any help is appreciated
eta - I only need about 1m^2

Re: 6mm square mesh?
I bought a small panel from Wickes. It was in the garden centre bit outside.

It was plenty big enough to mesh a ZZ2.

I've got a roll of it in the past from Wilkinson in the garden section

Re: 6mm square mesh?
I got mine from the local garden centre but it was about £8 Wickes is a lot cheaper I gather. I liked the sheet easier to manage than a roll, it's meshed a zoozone 1 and got enough for another cage.

Re: 6mm square mesh?
I found it in B&Q and The Range. Sometimes it is out of stock at my local B&Q - I was told it's only stocked in gardening season!

That's really good to know, thanks. Unfortunately the nearest Wickes is over 30 miles away and as I don't drive (limited to bike/ train/ bribing housemate who can drive) that's sort of out. For some reason mesh at Wickes counts as "big and bulky" - for which there's a flat £44 delivery charge. So, er, no
I didn't know Wilkos stocked it - there's one of those nearish too, so will have a look

Re: 6mm square mesh?
Ours was in a local garden centre and Charlies. There're Charlies in a few places so if you have one of those you could always check there? It was better priced than our garden centre too.

Re: 6mm square mesh?
My town doesn't have any garden centres unfortunately. Well, it has one, but it's more a nursery than equipment. But apparently RR sell it, and I've also been offered some for the price of delivery by a friend. So either way, I think I'm sorted. Thanks though
