Default My Robo cage reccomendation + pics

Sorry for all the topics... but I would like to make a recommendation. I got the Furry Life Happy World for my robo and it is amazing. He loves it and I feel totally safe with him- no escaping!
After a few adjustments (Mesh over the bars at the top as he is a climber) and hardly any tubes (they are a pain to get together) I would thoroughly recommend it! It is a perfect size for him and I think any other dwarf!
Thanks
Beccy

It sounds great! What did you do about the water bottle? If you've solved that one for me I think I'll try Beany in ours

This is how I tackled the water bottle as it is a drop bottle I just made it thicker at the top with the cardboard, it is raised well above the bedding. (I noticed that Frisbee doesnt drink much, I was really worried so have been putting a tiny chunk of cucumber in a bowl so he can nibble at it in case he cant find the water bottle!

These are pics of the cage:

I was worried about the top bars as he is a climber and thought he might wriggle through the 1cm bars. I put a really fine mesh so he cant get through but it still breathes and I can still see him!

And here is the man himself!

Enjoy!

P.S. Notice I put the minimal amount of tubes! (Three tubes and two bubble caps) as they were such a pain to get on. Also as hes new he seems to enjoy hiding in them and I want to get him out in the open as hes a lively chap whos not at all nervous in the open just seems to be in enclosed spaces

It looks lovely, Beccy - I'm seriously tempted to give Beany a go in ours on Sunday and see what he thinks of it.

If you get chance could you take a picture of the whole thing so I can see exactly how you've done it.

Frisbee is absolutely, gorgeously cute!

That looks a fantastic set up. Frisbee is a cute little boy too.
What is that mesh used for? I'm tempted to put some of that over the bars of the gabbers, that would stop noses being pushed through to chew the bars.

Aw bless him, he's very cute!

I definitely want a Robo' or two eventually...... looks like a good set up for him too. It's always nice to get a few people's perspective on cages etc. I can't help but think about what sort of cage I would like if / when we get some (or one) Robo' even though it will probably be a while before we can have any. x
