Re: Let's see your cages (from January 2012)
my hamsters cages, i don't think the creti 15 was made for stacking though, so I'm getting the old airing cupboard knocked out so i can get a bigger computer desk for the cammy
monsters my syrians creti 15 took the ramp away because he never used in and just climbed the bars and jumped down, so i made a staircase from a puzzel playground and he use's more than climbing the bars and allmost never jumps off the shelf. ther's not much toys just a tunnel logs and the playground he just prefers to sleep or use his wheel anyway, he sleeps in a cat food box that i cut in half because he just chews through plastic houses.
totoro my russian's cammy, hes a bar chewer so i put card where he chews most and thats put him off a bit, if hes not chewing bars hes running in his wheel or hiding in his puzzel playground, hes a messy little thing aswell.
sorry for quality of the picture's.

Re: Let's see your cages (from January 2012)
I'll do separate posts for my cages. I've just redone Isabel's cage to be more fun for her--seemed kinda generic before. Waiting for beige wodent wheel tracks/stickers to make my wheels match wood tones better (should arrive tomorrow).
The wheel is on a rectangle of cardboard and thin layer of bedding, since I got tired of Izzie digging under it
The cage is F.O.P. Gabia Tamburino Linea Natura, and the grill cover is spray painted brown vs. the usual cream.
The shelf is from a Mini Duna. House-ramp I made myself

Buttons (Syrian)
Sand bath, Nest, Hut, food bars etc =)
Wheel, cabin (which is huge) edible log food and potty
Wispa (Dwarf) - She is so messy! I have to clean her wheel everyday!

Re: Let's see your cages (from January 2012)
Cream Cheese's updated cage, a 20 gallon long. He ran so much he turned the wheel all jabberwocked.
Definitely open to any suggestions for improvement! I'm thinking of adding some additional levels and things for them to climb on.

Re: Let's see your cages (from January 2012)
It's an old enclosed style wheel sans lid from, I think, a 90s Hartz cage. I thought it might make a nice little nest but Cream Cheese made a nest next to it. Found it in my basement along with a lot of other tubes like the pink one and washed them up. Hope that helps! Wish I had a link!
