Earlier Crazygal330 created a thread about the britishpetshop.co.uk and some of there awful products. After my complaint, here's the latest reply! Totally didn't expect an outcome as good as this

Hi Laura

Thanks for your earlier email.

We have had a good look at this both in terms of how the products are fed into the site and what they actually are.

What we have decided is to remove all the cages and hutches in their entirety (that was around 400 products) as it is very difficult to remove some and not others.

We have now replaced the products in those sections with links through to our hand picked selection on our main website.

Thanks for your input, we do appreciate all comments we receive and do try to act on all complaints we get.

thats great, its great when pet stores actually listen and show a genuine interest in the welfare of the animals that may end up living in the things they sell!

Yep it's fantastic, I've made complaints like this before but never had such a good result.

If anyone else spots anything bad, you know they'll listen

I was going to come on and say the same

I am really impressed by how quickly they have worked to make their site better! I sent them a long list last night of things with details eg sizes described wrong or exaggerated etc, and got the same reply you got afterwards

Not looked around the site properly yet but I did notice they sell fluffy bedding
