Exactly what I was thinking, I don't think they can justify the price for a few extra bits of plastic. I really like the cage but I think it's hugely overpriced by Pets at Home. Their rat cages cost as much and they're much bigger

I went to see it this morning - and I really like it. To me it's big without seeming so huge we'd have nowhere to put it and it just seems like a quality cage - perhaps because I'm so impressed with the quality of the Cambridge and it's the same make. I also love the huge front opening bit.

I was speaking to the girl on the till and she says some of the staff were saying it'll never sell but that she'd said people spend a fortune on Rotastak (which she said - to me only - is rubbish!) and she thinks it will.

Will loves it anyway and wants to get one for his baby from our new litter![/u]
