Aha yes
If you see the white part on the wheel it has a long narrow stick thing attached. You slide that through into the tubular part in the wheel. (You can see in the pictures.) So I cut out a little hole so that when I put the white part in the wheel it secures it into place

and yes they are! I'm excited as well
I made everything on my own, although it took some patience but I ended up with the first part done
I used the edge of an old iron, but I would suggest to use a glue-gun or anything hot enough to melt the plastic. The downside using the iron was you have to scrape the dried plastic off later.

Don't mind the rough looking edges where it was cut, it'll be sanded/scraped off.
