Duna Multy - clanky door issue

I love my Multy, and am very happy with it - apart from one issue, that I thought would resolve itself through use. Where the door attaches on the four slots for it, it makes a terrific clanking noise when I open it. Once open, I have to lift the whole wire section off the cage, unlike the Mini Duna where it just sits upright. I don't mind lifting it off, but I do mind the loud noise of opening the cage and putting the wire back on after. I honestly thought it would just sort itself out, sort of wear itself in, but it hasn't yet.

Should I try oiling it or something? Has anyone else had this issue? I don't think it's actually faulty, as there is nothing missing or anything. Just an annoyance, and it's a swine as it makes Fur-nando jump a bit at the moment.

I don't think it's faulty, I think it's just how it is, My multy is in a cupboard so when I open the grill it rests against a wall... I think that's the only solution

Try wiping a little vaseline along the points where the plastic parts and the metal rub together when the grill is lifted open? It could be that you have some static or the plastic has a rough edge that is`nt smoothe? Might help...

My Mini Duna made that sort of noise when I opened it, however I put some Vaseline in the gaps and it's fine now.
