Default oil

I was wondering. We use conola oil to oil the wheel because it said we should to keep it quiet. My hammie's fur occasionally is a bit oily is this ok?

Not sure what conola oil is Jelly. If it is a vegetable oil it should be fine but I would not use the sort you might oil a hinge with or something. Stick with olive oil or a tiny smear of vaseline and that should do the trick. If you wipe with a tissue after application it should not grease your hammy too much. If you use vegetable oil it will do him no harm.

Quick update - the wheels sadly haven't arrived so far today, which means that I won't be able to post until Saturday as I'm working tomorrow (I was going to ask my mum to post them for me if they came today - unfortunately I can't really ask her to come over and check for a parcel, then sort them into individual lots, pack them up and then take them to the post office for me ) and it's a bank holiday on Friday. This means that the earliest you will get them by is next Tuesday, though Wednesday is more likely, as Monday is a bank holiday as well

Sorry about this - it's typical that my first WW order from the US arrived in less than a week and these haven't but they were definitely posted last Tuesday and the US postal service states seven WORKING days for delivery so they aren't even officially late yet anyway.

I'll keep you all posted (rubbish pun) - I was hoping to get them out to you before the easter weekend but this doesn't look possible now.

Don't worry, we don't mind the wait, honest. It's so great that you managed to get these so cheap for us in the first place.

Yes I second Justine, I saw one on ebay yesterday for £16.99 plus postage
All good things are worth waiting for.

Good news guys, the wheels have arrived! I'm at work but my mum's been round to my house to see if they were there. I'll get them packed and ready to go on Saturday (I don't think the post office will be open tomorrow but I will check). I'll let you know when they are on their way
