Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
I'm no expert but I've picked up a lot from being on this forum. This cage looks too small for two dawrves, and it is suggested that pairs be kept on a single floor cage with no tubes (or shelves) and two of everything.
This, I think, is a better cage: Ferplast Duna Multy

Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
Hi, I would say that cage was definitely too small for any hamster really :] Like Gillzy said, the Duna Multy would be great for a pair! Or there is the ZZ1 (it needs meshing though, unless you have no high toys etc). I have my two dwarfies in a pink ZZ1, it gives them a lot of room and it's pink! which makes me a happy bunny

lol yes that problem with the zoozone's and ferplast duna multy is they are much to big they are fantastic cages but i need a cage around the same size as the savic peggy metro or savic cambridge at the most :L xx

Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
You can't really have two robos in a cage that small, Have you considered having one russian dwarf instead? they're far more easy to handle and it's not cruel to keep one in a mini duna.
Also, combi ones are horrible, can't even put a different wheel in, (I have one as a travel cage and detest it)

Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
But a lenght of nearly 60 cm is to small for two robos in my opinion ;D Maybe it would be better to get only one robo if it's not possible to get a larger cage? Or to get two robos and keep them in different cages from the beginning, haha XD But thats only my advice, i know that you want the best for your hammie <3

Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
If you are unable to give enough space for two dwarves then I would suggest not getting them. I didn't realise how much space a syrian needed but I sacrificed my space for her as it's important - and as such she now has three cages joined together.
Perhaps you'd be best to get just one dwarf?

Re: This cage for 2 robo hamsters?
a zoozone 1 isnt *that* big really... i think if you dont have the space for a decent sized cage then dont get 2 robos :S remember that 2 robos - or a pair of any type of dwarf, need 2 wheels, and lots of hidey holes even 2 beds!
1 robo yeah is fine.. although they are very sociable and i personally wouldnt want to only keep 1 :Px a russian is good though, they live absoultely fine e on their ownn x

Ditto. A Zoozone 1 doesn't take up much space at all; if you can't make space for the cage, are you sure there's space in your life for the robos?
