I got mine in the sale at Tesco for about £3 so bought 2. My syrian doesn't usually bother climbing out.

It does the job (though Byers spends her entire time in there trying to escape through the bars!) but I was mostly disappointed with the actual space inside. I'll have to buy another one to give them as much as a 'free run' as I would like, and when they are £15 a go that's very frustrating!
I've asked for a refund, if they won't give me one would you like it - you can have it free if you would just pay the postage.

That would be very lovely of you! Obviously try and get your money back, but if not I would really appreciate it. My dwarfies have had a good go at getting over the top but they can't seem to do it, and they would love the extra running space. Thank you!

I'm sending it back to them for a refund, when I originally asked they said "we've never heard of that happening before" so I sent them a video clip of her climbing out! She can now do it in about 5 seconds flat. After I sent them that they agreed to a refund.

Great news about your refund. I think I'm going to try and use mine to fence off the bits of the room they could 'disappear' in, then give them free run. Gulp.
