So Annoyed!!!
Got my Hamster Heaven today from ZooPlus.
Guess what? Its broken.
Feel like crying, I've now got to spend more money on a temp cage to house Luna when I get her on Saturday.

What cage? Where did you get it from?
I would make a temp bin cage but I dont have a wheel, bottle, food bowl or house for her. Plus I dont have any mesh to mesh the top of one. At least with the temp cage I will have a spare one for emergencies I suppose. Just bloody annoying

Where best to get the Zoozone 2
On page two it details the problems I'm having but as you bought yours from an online shop you'll probably have more luck getting a refund or replacement.

Just read it, that must be awful for you At least, like you said, because I've bought it from a shop I should get a refund or replacement. I hope you get yours sorted out.

Im sure that they will sort it out asap for you. Maybe the breeder could lend you a cage, bottle, etc untill your replacement arrives.?

That is terrible! I know how you feel when I got Noodles her mini duna and it had no grill on the top! Had to keep her in her old small house. Grrrrrr. Better get it sorted out soon for you! x

This must be so diappointing for you. Have you been in contact with the people that sold it to you yet? They should send you a new one. I think making a temp bin cage would be the best option because wont you need to get a bed, bottle and wheel anyway? XxX
