Should I upgrade or not?

I have seen a Cambridge on eBay that is pick up only & only 15 minutes from here. I was thinking of going for it for Horace. He is currently in a Peggy Metro but I think he could do with more room, he does use the tubes on it. The Cambridge is missing the bottom shelf but obviously I can use the one from the Metro.
So any advice? I just would like him to have more toys & I am limited with the Metro. Maybe I have answered my own question. Who has a Metro on here? As I would like to see your layouts. I could get some inspiration if I don't change it.
