Re: Homemade Cage Plans
sorry if I'm being an idiot..where's the ventilation? >.<
going to put it in after middle shelf?
Upon seeing how you seem to be zooming through this..I'm really tempted!
(I realise you've obviously spent a lot of time on it, and it's fairly tricky >.< but think of the happy little hammy faces! )

Yep, i am going to put them in after the middle shelf is in, so i know where to place them.
Its expensive for all the supplies mind!

Re: Homemade Cage Plans
Thought so..are you following the gist of how the girl on the german forum did hers? minus the digging chamber, aquarium sealant etc?
I thought the air holes would be the trickiest bit to do, that and the glass >.<
I assume the glass would be the most expensive bit D:
Out of curiosity where'd you get your glass from?
I was considering getting a zz2 for one of my hamsters..but would need a shelving unit to put it on anyway..so you know..this really isn't *that* much more work
(I'm practising how I'm going to ask my dad to make it for me ;p )
