I hope that ebay sort this out for you - they are usually pretty good. It sounds to me like the company is trying trying to pass the buck and get you to do all the donkey work here! Not on!

I hope it can be sorted soon too as wee Frasier wants his Zoozone2 and Nervous Niles wants his Zoozone 1 back.

Latest is that I have had word from the seller via ebay claiming to know nothing about the emails I sent and received from them (that are still in my inbox).

Jeez, really? Tell ebay about this too - you can prove that you sent them - ebay will be able to track them anyway I would have thought. If you get no luck with ebay if you paid with paypal, you can open a claim with them too.

Yeah I'm sure it'll be fine as I paid via paypal with a credit card so if the worse comes to the worse I can get it back via the credit card company.

Awaiting on a response from the seller who was very quick to respond as soon as I opened the case but not now that I've explained what's happened. Hopefully they'll be in touch again soon.

Very good when you think it's far bigger than the multy, and the multy is £50

Just bought another one from the above shop. I'll ask for a refund on the other one I think. Hope the one above turns up OK.

The ebay seller want to settle the claim with the courier before refunding or replacing the broken one.My partner is looking into this for me.

It doesn't seem fair that they want to settle the claim before refunding you, as it is not up to you to dispute with the courier or to wait until it as been resolved. I hope this happens quickly for you.

At least you have found another yourself.

i want one of these for Toby - they look great !! would need to 'mesh ' the top thought i already have the Normal size ZooZone , and have meshed the top of that.

That is well out of order it is not your fault the courier broke the item, at the end of the day it is THEIR FAULT for choosing that courier to do the work for them. Keep on at them tell them this really isn't on and it is not fair on you or your hamster and you want a full refund straight away and you aren't going to give up your going to fight this all the way! If you contact ebay & paypal you will have some back up

Also wanted to add I am going to email them for you what is your ebay name? As thats not on! I am going to tell them that I was very happy with their service and even reccomended them to you and I will NOT be ordering from there ever again!
