Glad you all find it useful. 
Debs- Yes, it's only suitable for Dwarves. It was meant to be for my Gerbils but I doubt even they'd fit through the holes, so a Syrian definately wouldn't!

ive been emailing them and discussing rat cubes and better hammocks for other pets etc..their replies arnt the most friendly lol and i told them how we are all tryin them out- not even a thanks..but i guess the snow misery may be getting to them  x

I'll definately update you guys with pics tommorow if I get the chance!
It took roughly a week to arrive, but the company had thousands of parcels to deal with due to Christmas then the snow delay so I don't think it's too bad! They actually rang my Mum this morning to apologise for the delay and to let her know they would deliver today
