Cheap online pet shop?

Has everyones orders gone through ok? I can't believe how cheap it is

Hiya, was just reading about this site and was thinking about making an order but at the checkout it only allows me to select pick up in store rather than deliever. Did anyone else have this problem?

I ordered mine before Christmas, everything went through okay and it arrived on Christmas eve! Just in time. I made a thread at the time if anyone's interested.

Did anybody else have an issue with it letting you recieve it to your house?
It won't give me the option..only an option to pick it up in store =/
I live in surrey, but far too far away to pick it up =/

none of them say so.. =/ think it might be my address..but if it is..that's pretty stupid =/

I live almost an entire county away from them, since we're on completely opposite sides..never heard of anywhere not giving the option to local-ish customers too =/

but it doesn't say collection only >.<

maybe give them a call and find out what's going on then? normally stores might say collection only for large/heavy orders but some harry hamster surely not :/

I just ordered it anyway, they sell live insects and post them, so it is rather odd, will just have to get a train to my local wilkinson next week >.<
(wanted to order off them pre-VAT rise..and didn't know when it was D:

4th Jan Katie, glad that peole are having a good experiemce with this shop - especially after the troubles with ECF. I will give them a try when I get paid (not till end of Jan now though *sob* )
