Savic HH Shelf and Ramp - available separately?
I'm pretty sure it isn't available, but has anyone seen that yellow shelf in an original Savic Hamster Heaven for sale separately, preferably with the green ramp? (Or does anyone have one in good condition to sell?) I've tried various combinations for googling with no luck.

Brunos Parrot Warehouse Wholesale Pet Suppliers
Email these guys.
I asked if they had the newer shelves (which they don't) but he said they still have the old shelves and ramps available seperately. It may seem a little expensive but it's the only place I could find and that Savic reccomended. £14.99 postage is £7.50.
He didn't say if postage was on top of the £14.99 or included.

Thanks so much for the tip Snickers, I've just sent them an email - fingers crossed!
SarahJ - thanks for the link, I've got a grey ferplast shelf from there in mind if I can't get the Savic yellow one. Though with their recent orders history, it could be a while.

No problem but I'd try and avoid ECF if possible. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for a delivery and everytime my mum rings them up, we find out they STILL haven't even dispatched the parcel. :/

Re: Savic HH Shelf and Ramp - available separately?
Wow, I didn't realise ECF had gotten quite that bad. I read the long thread about them recently, but I thought most people got their things... eventually. Granted sometimes after an entire month. Only thing is they're the only online suppliers I could find for grey Ferplast shelves - well, that, and their eBay store. (I know it's stupid to be fussy about something as trivial as colour, but I'm really not a fan of pink or red...)
Hopefully Bruno's will get back to me instead.

I got a package from them on friday maybe?, which I ordered on monday, they said something was in stock on the website (and still do, even after they told me it wasn't) and said they'd have to refund me for it, they stated that they'd refund me £5 when they needed to refund me £7, but they still haven't done it >.<
Paypal isn't like a bank, they can refund it any day of the week D:
I'd echo snickers in saying steer clear, they have good and bad deliveries, I've received orders from them basically the day after I ordered it, But a package I ordered before then took 2 weeks to arrive.. they're too up in the air at the moment I think, better to wait till they settle back down (I've heard they can be very good, well..before they moved premises)

they did the same with me, i ordered a trixie house which was in stock, then a week later they emailed me to tell me they weren't sending it and would refund me
They are getting ridiculous, its such a shame as they were so good before
Hope you find your shelf, i really like the ferplast shelves aswell.

[Rant] Ahh I hate people refunding to paypal 'cause then you need to use paypal again or loose money transferring it! Rawr! [/Rant]
Also good luck with the shelves
