Default which cage would you recommend for a syrian...

Ive got a 10 week old syrian and already hes cage is looking a bit too small for him. Ive got this one from pets at home

Criceti 9 Hamster Cage by Ferplast | Pets at Home

But with toys and his house, food bowl etc in there is not alot of room for himto run around.

Im looking for something with a large base so he has got more floor space and possibly two levels although it will need to fit on my shelf. Also i would prefer it to be a wired cage as he loves to do the monkey bars atm.

which would you recommend please.

Have a look in the cage review section and notethe ones suitable for a syrian.
If you like a barred cage the Savic Cambridge, Imac Fantasy, Hamster Heaven or Criceto 15 are nice and a tank type I would suggest the Duna Multy.
The cage he is in is too small now for him as is the wheel I imagine so best upgrade that too.

ZooZone 2 is massive for floor space, and you can get it very cheap on ebay.. The ZooZone 1 is also good.. But these are both plastic cages, sorry can't help with barred advice as my lot have always been bar chewers

I can recommend the Hamster Heaven with an 8" Whodent Wheel
