Right now I have the Crittertrail 2, that I have to clean in a few minutes. Hopefully tomorrow as planned I will go to Wal-mart, buy a suitable bin, and by tomorrow night have a bin cage. I'm going to use parts off of the Crittertrail and incorporate them into the bin. I will post pictures of it when I am finished.

I’m really picky with my bins. I went to three Wal-Marts before I finally found my second one. I switched the cages around now though; Gerald is now in the first one with the bared sides. Gerbils are just too messy and they dig like crazy so now the they are in Gerald’s old cage where they can dig all they like and make no more mess on my floor!

I find most bins are too deep and not wide enough, and never have locking lids.. But if you can find a place with good Rubbermaid bins you're all set!

Here are pictures of Gerald in his cage, poor guy I had to wake him up lol, but he was a good boy.

I did get the bin last night babyboos. I started last night, got the front and back done, enough so that Biscuits could sleep in it. Once I get off of here I am going to finish it, take pictures, and put them on here tonight. My is 3 foot long, 15 inches tall, and 13 inches wide. it was a 95 quarts.

Well, I FINALLY got my pictures here, darn photobucket. Here are some pictures, although it's not done...it's took me so long because I've got so many ideas! I plan on adding a second level in one end of it. I still have to do the top, I'm trying to figure out how to put the "petting area" from my crittertrail onto the lid Sorry for talking so much , here are the pictures. Hope you like them.

Just finished...

with toys, carefresh, and hamster (if you look close you can see him )

By the way, any suggestions?

Sorry that I couldn't get any close up shots of the whole thing, it's too big to fit in the whole camera with good details. Candace, you MAY NOT know it but there are TWO gerbils in your gerbil cage! I though the only one you had was Orlando?
