Re: Shurdington (MHC AGM) - 29th October 2016
Good luck to everyone who is entering and a special good luck to the newbies to your show team Ghosts.
With Victoria, who would normally be part of our show team still with her litter and Jessie being unsuitable for the main show, we've only got one hamster that is showable at the moment so I'm not overly hopeful on our chances but James is one of those hamsters where you'll just never know what to expect out of him even in the week before a show.

Awwwwh good luck with James too I reckon he'll do great, he's a gorgeous boy.
Thank you
I'm excited to be picking up a new Spotty boy pup from Lilliput too but sad to see 2 pups from my most recent litter go off to their new home. That bit never gets any easier lol

Re: Shurdington (MHC AGM) - 29th October 2016
I had a lovely day at the show, although I didn't get much time for chatting.
My hams got themselves some prize cards
2nd LH AOC Male (Olympic)
4th rex (Phoenix)
4th argente Campbell (Caesar)
1st and 2nd normal Chinese (Indy and Nobby)
1st dom spot Chinese (Kingston)
3rd breeders (Kingston)
I brought back 4 hammies - 2 on loan and 2 to stay. The 2 on loan are a LH satin dom spot dark grey Syrian and a blue fawn Campbell male. The 2 here to stay are a male BEW Chinese and a sapphire winter white female.

Re: Shurdington (MHC AGM) - 29th October 2016
I had an enjoyable day Pen Stewarding for the dwarfies. It's a job that I've done a fair few times this year but it's always a worthwhile experience so I'm always happy to do it.
Unfortunately, whilst I was having a good day, it was not Lord James' finest hour and he didn't place. I'm hoping that this is a temporary blip for him and he'll improve again but we'll have to see. I probably could have done with Victoria today but she's still got a week left before the pups can be split up.

I hope James bounces back from his midlife crisis soon. It's about the right timing for the end of a Chinesey's first show peak. Hopefully he'll hit his second peak soon
Here are my newbies. The two staying:
