Well when you walk in you usually find the show secretary at their desk - they'll have your entries in a envelope and you collect them and pay (you'll also collect hire pens from them). Then you need to get your hamsters into their show pens (you need to bring your own shavings for SH hamsters and wood based cat litter pellets for LH hamsters plus a piece of veggie for moisture - we use cucumber cut large so they can't pouch it). You'll be given a dog biscuit for each hamster you enter.
Then you just need to make sure they are ok and bench them - the pen steward will help you with this.

I would like to go as it's the nearest show to me, I will just be a spectator to get some ideas how it all works. Do people sell hamsters there?

Yep on the sales tables. I hope to get a nice female to breed off at this show.

i just noticed that on the southern club site, this show is listed as the 5th July. I hope that's wrong because it clashes with Brinsworth!

The date's been changed to the 26th Bunsey - it was originally on all the leaflets etc as the 6th but it's not now - you can breath again!
See you at both?
