We're back from the show, and the last of the Dexpops has gone to their new home her new mummy was very happy to see her though, and had been counting down the days till she got her.

Some general pictures of the halls:

Guinea pig judging and some adorable rabbits:

FIINNALLY got home after what seems forever I will introduce lucy officially tomorrow, she is all settled in now having fun in her cage. I cant thank you enough for the privalige of having one of the beautiful dexpops, i was treating her like gold dust all the way home (bon + nancy too of course, but i wouldnt let my OH carry lucy) Rory aproves of her too, i quickly got him to have a quick stroke and hold of her before we had to hand her to be kept behind the hamster show area.

The whole show was great fun was good to see em, leedsgurl, vectics and lisa there probably others too but i wasnt the most allert after no sleep!!

I am just glad we are all home, safe and warm now, i gave lu a quick check over and my mum had a snuggle too, everyone loves her

I've just got home too after a lovely weekend away with the hammies (and an understanding hotel owner!). My little ones did me proud winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd normal Chinese and 3rd dom spot chinese, with 11 hamsters in each class.

My prizes:

Best overall hamster, best syrian and best SH syrian, Elgin (a SH sable roan exhibited by Tristar)

Best LH syrian, Prince Caspian (a LH REC exhibited by Tuftyfluff)

Best dwarf (a normal WW exhibited by Starlight Hamsters)

Well done on your results. Looks like a great day I was sorry to miss this show as it is the fist time in 9 years we haven't gone.
