Location: Marge and Lisa are fostered in Southampton, the others are with Scritches Rat and Rodent Rescue near Portsmouth
Kind of hamster(s): Russian Hybrids
Reason they were abandoned? Mis-sexed pet shop pair. Marge had two litters and Lisa had one prior to being surrendered to the rescue.
Any health problems/special needs? None identified
Any behavioral problems? Marge can be nippy, but we're working on it.
Hamster age(s):

Lisa and Marge - approx 14 weeks
Selma, Patty, Snowball and Maggie - approx 4-5 weeks (can be adopted as a 4 or 2 pairs)
Homer and Ned - approx 4-5 weeks
Bart and Moe - approx 4-5 weeks

Type of household hamster would best be suited to: Adults and older children

Marge has found a new home!

Lisa, the young boys and the young girls are still looking for homes. Bart is no longer available for adoption as he has developed diabetes. He is staying at the rescue as a long term resident. All the others have tested negative.

Lisa has found a home too! Moe, Homer and Ned have been reserved pending home check. The four girls are still looking for homes and are being fostered in Oxfordshire (but can be transported back to Hampshire if needed).

Moe, Ned and Homer, and Maggie and Snowball have all found new homes! Bart is a long-term resident and will never be rehomed.

Patty and Selma are still looking for homes and have moved back to Hampshire.
