Minicooper, the photo shopping program I use is called Corel Paintshop Pro X and I got it for my birthday, so I;m not sure how much it is, though I think it's quite expensive!

Legit programs of Adobe Photoshop can cost as much as £600. I can't speak for any other image editing programs as Adobe product are alll I've ever used.
