help ...:(
Riley is normally really hyper , zooming around playing with me and being happy but since yesterday he has been ... quiet. Just sitting in the corner , staring at me , doing nothing . NOt even his wheel ! His most loved toy , he even let me lie him on his back yesterday and he didn't even move ... he HATES being on his back. When I pulled him out to play he just sat on my lap and shoulder. NOt moving or running everywhere like normal , it sounds silly but he looks sad and depressed .. I'm just scared incase anything is wrong with him ..? It's just really not like Riley :/ what do you think is up ?

Re: help ...:(
A dramatic change in begavious can certainly be a sign if something, is he drinking/eating/ going to the toilet as normal?
Like wofunny says the heat is effecting a lot of hammies, but Riley seems a bit more than that.
Maybe he needs some encouragement, new toys, new cage layout and new experiences (eg. Stair climbing, floortime)
Try some of this and see if he perks up over the next few days

Re: help ...:(
Sprout was like this the other month but when we took him the vet she said he was fine!
He got an anti inflammatory needle and he was back to his usual self within a day, so maybe he's bumped himself and is just healing?

Re: help ...:(
He might have bumped his self because he loves to jump from his wooden house , I gave him ham and now he won't stop zooming around aha ! It's worked ! Xx
