Unhappy HELP - peggys bleeding!

So when cleaning her cage today i found her wheel had dried blood on it.
My first thought was that she may have caught her foot when running. But i then found dried blood in her nesting material aswell!

I looked her over and blood came out her vagina

I looked in hamsterlopaedia and found Haematuria (blood in urine)
I've yet to see if shes drinking but she is acting completely normal. No pain or discomfort.

I think a vet trip will be needed tommorow.
Please give me some advice and any other possible things that could cause it.
I'm so worried, shes old now and any treatment will be a struggle for her, but i know shes a fighter.

Check the surrounding area of vagina to rule out the presence of any abscess or wound. If the bleeding is stopped then check the dry blood at vagina. If the dry blood is present and she is not bleeding more then don't worry. It is normal that female Dwarf Hamster may bleed once or twice in a year.

I Really Hope Its Nothing!! Get Well Soon Peggy Thinking of you both

really it could be normal?
the bleeding has stopped now and theres no abcess or anything around the area. She was a really good girl and sat still so i got a good look.

I'll be keeping a close eye on her and if she starts to bleed agian i will defo take to the vets,

right so did some research and it turns out that bleeding for a few days is perfectly normal. But if it doesn't stop or it reoccurs then its likely she could be suffering from numerous things (kidney stone, infection, cancer)
infection would be the best thing as it could be treated with antibiotics
I'm really hoping and praying she is ok, i keep telling her i love her and looking in on her like every 5 minutes

I don't think it is normal, I have never had a female bleed from the vagina (ignoring those that are pregnant/have given birth in the last day or so).
