it could just be she is maturing into a new lazy hamster, but its always best to check up any concern!
when you say 'from a breeder' is this a breeder that shows? gives out pedigrees etc or just someone putting two hamsters together, there is a big difference!
for safety its best to see a vet and talk through your concerns, but it may be that this is just how this hamster has matured, given the age!

I hope everything is okay with her and it's that she's just maturing into a more laid back hamster. I agree with taking her to the vet, to be on the safe side.

Sounds a bit like she has diabetes hun I'd get her checked out by a vet just to be on the safe side.

Innactivity & poor coat even though she has a good diet it could be but I'm no expert which is why I said go to a vet.
