I know it's a couple of days since your post, but oh well.
If your hamster is otherwise showing no issues, then it's likely not a problem. If the food your hammy eats has dyes in it, or has a strong natural colouring, like beetroot, that can change the colour of the urine.
My hammy pees in his nest, annoyingly, and sometimes when he pees in a certain spot several times, and it sits for a while, it can have result in a brownish-orange colour. Of course, if you are worried, there's no harm in going to the vet for a checkup.
