Is it normal for hamsters genitals to look like this?

Hello, sorry if this comes off as dumb or ignorant but im really worried about my hamster. I dont normally check my hamsters genitals but since i took him out a few days ago i noticed this dark spot... My hamster is male 1.5 years old. I sill still go to the vet just got get it checked up but i would like a 2nd opinion from someone with more experience. What im mainly worried about is this dark spot at the top.

Yes those look normal for a male. The testicles are quite mobile and move up and down depending on how warm the hammy is. The pigment on them also increases with maturity. Sometimes they push forward and look like peanuts under the skin which is fine.

This is totally normal for a Male hamster ,this is actually pigmentation which is probably going to increase by his age ,you may even notice many black dots later on, which is not a big issue.
