Is it normal for hamsters genitals to look like this?

Hello, sorry if this comes off as dumb or ignorant but im really worried about my hamster. I dont normally check my hamsters genitals but since i took him out a few days ago i noticed this dark spot... My hamster is male 1.5 years old. I sill still go to the vet just got get it checked up but i would like a 2nd opinion from someone with more experience. What im mainly worried about is this dark spot at the top.
