Unhappy I think my hamster will die - what do I do?

My hamster fell sick 2 days ago
at first it had random seizure sort of thing and then stopped eating/drinking/peeing/pooping etc. It also shivered a lot and occasionally groaned.
Yesterday it started to bleed from its mouth and nose. There is a hard bulge on its left side but I am not sure if its food or smth else. It is not moving at all and barely breathing. Not opening eyes.
It has something that came out of its private part that is now hard and stuck.
Barely moving and drinking even if fed with a syringe
Paws are reversed and excessive shivering.
What do I do??
Do you think there is something I can do before bringing to the vet?
Or is it too late

As you suspect your hamster looks to be on it's way to the bridge.
If your little one is clinging on though it will be in some pain so it's best to go to the vet and help it on it's way.
If that is not possible then just leave very quiet and in a warm nest with food nearbye.
It's impossible to tell but a twist in the bowel or a prolapse would be fatal.
I hope his path is gentle

I agree with souffle. You should definitely bring him to the vet asap either to pts or for the off chance that the vet can figure out what's wrong and help him. hamsters can go from perfectly fine to dying very quickly and I know with my hamster, I was positive she would die but the vet gave her antibiotics and she was happy and healthy for another 2 months when she passed away. Unfortunately many times its too late and in that case your hamster should be pts right away as he's clearly in a lot of pain.

Thank you for letting me know. As I am not able to bring it to the vet, I just want to make sure its last days are happy. Its not eating any solids or so.
Please let me know if there is anything I have to do. I really can't bear the thought of pts.

I'm sorry but when you have a pet you must be able to provide the care it needs in terms of medical help. If that means giving rest away from pain and suffering then you have to be strong and brave and make that decision on behalf of that animal which depends on you for everything. This is the price we pay for sharing the life of any pet. It's never easy but if the vet recommends it then you cannot let your little one suffer.
Look to your heart and find strength to make the decision when and if your little one needs it. Remember if you don't take him to a vet he may be suffering and you would not let him suffer as he is clearly loved.

you were right!
I actually meant that there are no vets near where I stay actually
so bringing him all the way there is going to make him hurt all to pts.
But, I did consult an online vet and they told me to wait for it to be a little less pained before going to travel as it is most likely to die.
I am glad i did as today my hamster opened its eyes. Although one of its legs seem to not function anymore it is very lovable and happy. Hopefully it will soon be able to consume solids and recover. I am brining it to the vet tonight.

But, there a few things I want to know.
1. How do I make sure that my hamster can walk again?
2. When should I start solids
3. What should I do to improve its health condition?
4. The doc said that the lump on its left side that moves may be abscess or tumour, what are some things I can do to help it before we go for treaatment as the booking is a bit later next week.
