I need help, little sick syria

I write here because I am completely devastated. I have a little Syrian girl, approximately 20 months old, who has been diagnosed with endometriosis. After searching for information on this topic, I read that hamsters do not menstruate and do not suffer from this disease, and thanks to this forum I have come to the conclusion that it is an open pyometra.
She started bleeding five weeks ago, I have given her two different antibacterials and meloxicam for the pain. After finishing the treatment she began to bleed again, small spots every day.
She has not lost weight and is eating, but at night she comes out of her cave less often and runs less on her wheel.

I have three referral vets and none of them want to operate due to their age. I have told them about galastop but none of them know its use in rodents and do not see it as appropriate.
I read here how many hamsters have recovered thanks to galastop and for me it is desperate to want to help my pet and not be able to.
Does anyone have veterinary references that they can provide me with so I can take them to the vets?
If I don't offer my little girl hormonal treatment, what will happen next? can she die soon?

The first is to medicate with an antibacterial when the bleeding increases, the patient is weak and there is a suspicion of infection.

The second tells me to give antibacterial three days a week, for the rest of his life. This way he would have a dose always present in his body to prevent bacteria, since he says that in his state, infections are very probable and dangerous.

I'm not a veterinarian, but I think that forever medicating such a small body will have fatal consequences for her. When she is medicated I observe how her poops become small and bad looking, when the medication ends they become big and shiny again... I think that It affects him greatly at the digestive level.

The only way to cure a pyo is by spaying which is risky in itself in an older hamster. Anything over 18 months is elderly especially for a female. Once they as going downhill with a bleeding discharge they are quite weak. You could continue the treatment however you have to consider the quality of life and if she might be in pain or likely to become critical suddenly. It may even be a tumour and this could be causing pain. They are so tiny that operations are difficult and may only prolong life by a few months during which time she would be recovering from the op.
