Strange growth (wart?)

Hello all,

I noticed a strange growth near my winter white dwarf’s ear. My mother and I think it is a wart as those are common in dwarf hamsters. Does this look like a wart? (YouTube link) I looked up hamster warts but all the ones I saw were a lot worse. I’m not sure how old she is as she was given by a friend, but I know she is pretty old for hamsters. Is this just an aging thing? I’m a little scared because I wouldn’t like her to die, but I also don’t have an exotic vet that I’m aware of in my area. The nearest seems to only take care of birds… I am also scared for her because I am soon going on a short trip and wouldn’t like anything bad to happen.
