Default furless spot under chin

I just noticed my hammy Cow has a relatively big patch of fur missing under her chin on her right side

I usually don’t see it because I don’t get to stare at her upside down for too long

The spot looks purple (I guess her skin showing? She would’ve had black fur in that area)

She’s about 6 weeks old and is recovering from wet tail (still on one antibiotic)

I’m super paranoid about Cushing’s disease now too. I was looking at her tail area and being paranoid about whether she lost a little fur there too or if it’s just a little irritated from the wet tail. Or maybe it’s fine and I’m just not used to seeing her upside down

Here’s a picture (it’s kinda bad but she won’t stop moving)

Edit: I’m looking again and it’s actually kind of blue, not purple. But like artificial bright sky blue and not so much like organic skin colored blue I don’t think. Maybe she got some bedding dust stuck to that spot without fur?

It's not uncommon to get a bald chin. It can be from bar or bottle chewing or even drooling during warm weather or due to teeth issues. The wetness causes the fur loss.
Keep an eye that she isn't becoming sore on the area and if she is try and stop any chewing eg use a bowl instead of a bottle and block off bar chewing areas and ensure she stays cook enough and teeth are OK.

Whatever the cause, she got the fur back

She has been a little bar chewy lately (she’s in her full-sized enclosure but the vet told me to limit certain toys and the amount of bedding so I can monitor her wet tail symptoms)

I’m hoping she won’t be doing that soon when she gets all her stuff back. Rn she has a sand bath, wooden toys, chewing sticks, cardboard, a box, a plastic igloo, and another thing she can climb on or hide in

I also am supervising certain times with her wheel, but the vet said not to leave it all day for another week or two so she doesn’t get dehydrated from running all night

If I see her chew on the bars, I distract her with something else. I’ve also been covering the chewing areas with cardboard instead so she chews that
