Default Bulge on hamster’s chest

My hamster is about 2 1/2 years old and today I noticed a bulge on his chest. He’s acting normal, but the bulge wasn’t there 2 days ago. Should I be worried or is it just from old age? It won’t let me add the pictures on here, but they’re posted here - Reddit - Dive into anything

Unfortunately the photos aren’t showing for me. I would recommend taking you hamster to see a vet especially if a lump or bulge has formed in 2 days as it can be anything from tumour, to abscess or even organ failure (as this can cause fluid build up and can result in a bulge). The vet may be able to recommend a treatment plan or palliative care. Wish you and your hamster all the best.
