It's a difficult choice but you can only do what you feel is in the best interest of your hammy. I think moving with you might be best as you will be more aware of changes in her health and be able to check frequently. As long as she goes straight in to her regular cage things should be OK. Have a new vet found so you can call on them as soon as you arrive if needed and try and use her scented bedding etc to travel in so she has familiar things and smells with her.
