Default I think my hamster is dying.

Hello. My hamster Sandy is about one year and 3 months old as I bought her around November of 2021. She was a healthy hammy her whole life until yesterday. She had a very drooly mouth, and what looked like a swollen chin. Some of her stomach coat was wet, probably due to her mouth being soaked. Then about 12 hours ago, she had either a seizure, or a stroke, one of the two, I don't know how to decide which one. Since then, she has had many of the same occurrences only now she yelps and whines while it happens. She has has about 5 in the last hour alone. Also, right after her first episode, she started pacing in circles pretty slowly. Current minute, she hasn't walked normal in hours.

The 2 other things that you should know for a fact is that I went and bought her the wet-tail drops and gave her some with the dropper in her mouth once I noticed her first seizure and did some research and came to a hopefully logically conclusion that she was dehydrated.

Secondly, about 2 weeks ago, I put a rather large treat in her cage and every day she ate parts of it. Not thinking at the time that she was probably only eating the treat, and not her normal food, so a change in diet is definitely on the table.

I just don't know what to do currently. Any advice or help would be appeircated.

Can you get her to a vets urgently? She doesn't sound well at all. For now keep her quiet and calm and put food nearby and easy access to water. You may need a small bowl if she isn't steady on her feet. Don't use pet shop meds on your hamster as they rarely work and can make things worse. I hope she rallies round for you but do get her seen by a vet.
