Post Robo Concerning Behavior - Not sure if health related

Hi
I have a 20 month old Robo named Cream. For the entire time I have had her she has never been very sociable nor liked to be held. I am able to give her semi-thorough checks with an old, clear carrying container and have not noticed anything strange on her body (no loss of fur, wet areas, growths, scabs).

Last week, she did have a nail that was a bit long and snagged it, resulting in a small drop of blood (I immediately removed her to check her over and with her being almost entirely white the now missing nail appeared to be the only culprit) and checked through her cage to ensure there were no sharp edges on anything or blood anywhere else. However, since then she has been mostly avoiding her wheel and running around her cage somewhat frantically in the evenings. Earlier today she was running in circles in one of her houses, but stopped as soon as she heard me - she is walking very stably and has no signs of a head tilt.

As far as I can tell she is eating and drinking, peeing and pooping completely normally.

I intend to take her to a vet on Monday, but that was the soonest appt I was able to get as the only 24 hour emergency clinic with an exotic vet is very backed up (9 hours wait atm, and they want you to wait in the parking lot min 2 hours before expected availability) and she gets extremely stressed when put in a carrier, so I have no idea how she will fare on a car ride. (I'm keeping an eye on this wait time and if it goes down I will be taking her as soon as possible.)

Has anyone had any experiences with this type of behavior, or have any idea what it may be indicative of? I'm not sure if I'm making it out to be more than it is.

Is it possible she snagged her nail while in the wheel, and the negative experience is deterring her from using it again? Pacing and frantic running is a thing Robos do when they are stressed (my Robo did it once when I swapped her wheel for one she didn't like). I would try first washing the wheel to get rid of any scents to see if she's willing to use it again. And if that doesn't work, maybe try a new wheel.
