Default Dried blood on hamster's tail

Description of Ailment:
I noticed what seems to be dried blood spots in the cage, checked my hamster and saw that its tail had dried blood on it. Should I be worried and bring him to the vet? Or should I monitor to see if there are any new additional blood stains before doing so? I'm just hoping he accidentally bit his tail until it bled.

His behavior and eating habits are normal, no changes so far.
