Hamster Nail Grime or Growth?

T_oast Newborn Pup Join Date: Mar 2022 Location: New Jersey Posts: 11	Hamster Nail Grime or Growth? My hamster has what looks like dirt under his nails, but I’m worried it is aspergillus mold. It’s only on his front nails that have a brownish black color to them. I was going to cut his nails but I can’t see the quick, so it’s dangerous for me to try and cut them right now. What should I do? The vet is not available right now.
