How many seasons?!

Hi, I hope everyone and their hams are doing well. I haven't been on here much as everything has been so hectic but will update my threads eventually.

I have an issue with Mania. She's in heat for the 4th time this week! I've never had this before and was wondering if any of you had.

Mania is roughly 18 months + now and her hair is thinning slightly and has started losing muscle mass. Her weight has remained stable at 150g and seems to have a healthy appetite. She is toiliting as normal and isn't showing any discomfort when doing so. Her sleep/wake cycle is regular and she's still very active. There's no blood/puss/discharge/odour ect.

There's obviously something with her reproductive tract however she's completely normal otherwise. Any ideas?
