You could try giving her a bit of scrambled egg on a teaspoon. It'll be a nice treat and might help bung her up. Also a bit of mashed banana on a teaspoon. Maybe alternate them. And it'll make up for not having fresh veg. Banana is also a "binder". For the scrambled egg you just make it with water, not milk. Whisk an egg in a mug with a splash of water and microwave it for about 15 secs. Stir, keep doing it for 10 seconds at a time until it's done. Just a little bit on a teaspoon,.

But keep an eye on her - they hide pain very well and sometimes you just have to see if she's trying to tell you something. I actually think she should still be on the metacam just in case she's in pain, but I wouldn't give it by syringe if meds distressed her. You can put metacam in any bit of tasty food and its nicer for them that way - more like a treat than an ordeal. If the vet said to stop it due to the diarrhoea, you'll need to weigh things up after a day or two. Hopefully the diarrhoea will improve and then you can start metacam again - and see if it stays improved. I think it's more likely the baytril has given her diarrhoea.

Update on Aloy: we did give her scrambled eggs and she liked those, but she didn't like mashed bananas. Unfortunately her poop is still runny even tho it became a bit more solid. Her tummy is really bloated now and I can feel a bump on the lower right side.
My bf (who lives with me) tested positive for covid so we're in self isolation. I ended up sending a friend to the vet to get some painkillers.

She's still eating/drinking/peeing normally even tho she pees less than usual or maybe she just pees more around the cage rather than in sandbox cause that's her usual peespot and also how I know if she's peeing or not.
She doesn't wanna take any meds with food (trust me I tried) cause as soon as she smells it on food she's like NO. I started giving it to her orally but this time it's much less cause I don't think the vet mixed it with saline solution so it's less of a problem.

Thank you Ria!
She ended up letting us know what she needed on the last day and I never had a hamster do that. I put my hand in her cage to give her a piece of salad and she wobbled out the fastest she could out of her nest and into my hand completely ignoring the salad and wouldn't leave it. I put her back on the bedding just to be sure if she maybe missed the salad and she climbed up my hand again. She ended up sleeping, cuddling in my hand (and my bfs at one point) the whole morning and finally afternoon... I'm so happy she wanted to be with us in her final moments and let us know that that's exactly what she wanted. It's incredible to have such trust from such a small creature <3
