It's the Cow&Gate creamy porridge i bought but too high in sugar on closer inspection so have to eat it myself.

The red berry wholegrain sounds good. I'd compare it with the Ella's kitchen strawberry one to see if there's much of a difference.

The healthiest and easiest option is probably for you to take up eating old fashioned, cooked on the stove, plain porridge for breakfast and then give some to Loki. That way there's no waste or need to freeze. Hamsters eat it warm or cold. Rodney comes out a few times during the day to nibble some porridge whereas Jack scoffs his in one go and licks the egg cup bowl clean. They only get tiny amounts.

I have tried Loki with some plain porridge and it was still there in the morning, I think it was too bland for him. I'm hoping all the ingredients in the porridge I have bought him today will be ok (I will double check). The sugar content was fairly low in comparison to others too.
