Exclamation My baby hamster is sick (I need urgent help!)

Hi people, I'm new to this community and I decided to make a post because I need urgent help for my hamster. In short: I bought a baby Syrian hamster in a market in my city, but the seller tricked me and sold me an extremely injured and sick one. They said the animal is 45 days old, and when she got home her snout was full of sores and one eye had yellow mucus and it's closed (photos attached). I'm treating the eye with saline solution, but there hasn't been much improvement. The muzzle wounds apparently healed with some antiseptic. Unfortunately, this morning she fell off the exercise wheel and now has one of her feet crooked (crawling as she walks, video and photo attached). In addition, she is not eating solid food, just softened in water and in very little quantity a day (she refuses to eat and drink water most of the time).

PS: Additional information
- Name: Winnie.
- Gender: unknown (I put it as female in the text above because the seller said it was a girl, but I'm not sure).
- The injured foot had no bulge of fractured or dislocated bone or swelling.
- The animal did not show any signs of pain.
- Stays in the den practically all day, rarely goes out for a walk.
- Food dissolved in water: Funny Bunny, based on vegetables and vitamins.
- There is no veterinarian available for hamsters where I live.
- Type of cage: grid, two levels (second floor dismounted to prevent accidents) and tubes.
I hope you guys can help me, because I didn't find anything useful anywhere and I'm very worried about my pet. Thank you for your attention (sorry for bad english).

Hello, im very sorry to hear and see this. What country are you in? Even if a vet doesnt specialise in hamsters, they have general knowledge and your hamster looks incredibly ill and in pain, not something you can fix at home.

Dragging the foot like that it may be broken. It is clear you care very much and are doing your best, but a vet is the only option here

I totally agree with Amythyst_ice they look in pain.

Even if a standard vet may not be able to ‘cure’ the issue they’ll definitely be able to at least prescribe some pain relief.

Please keep us updated, I hope it goes well!

Hi, thanks so much for the advice. I live in Brazil, and unfortunately it is not one of the best countries to find veterinary quality for rodents. Canine and feline vets are usually very expensive and I can't afford it. In addition, there are practically no professionals who care for exotic animals such as rats. However, I got a "free" veterinarian appointment (wednesday) at a local pet shop. I'm not quite sure he will look/help Winnie, but we can't just lost our hope.

Some updates:
- Winnie has increased her appetite and looks like she's eating more soft kibble. About water, I can't say the same.
- She still doesn't feel any pain and is more docile, she goes by her name from time to time and accepts to be caressed.
- It's still in the toy house, but when it goes out for a walk it runs around the cage a lot.
- She opens her eye a little with mucus and looks much happier and more agitated.
- Unfortunately, the clubfoot did not improve.

Thank you so much, again. Goodbye!
