Default Bald spot on tummy?

I’ve been away from this forum for quite some time, but I have hamsters now and one of them has a questionable spot on her abdomen near her lady parts. It’s bald, smooth and shiny. Should I have her looked at by a vet? Here’s a picture!

I don't know that much about dwarf hamster anatomy and can't see the lump so well on the photo - but if it's bald smooth and shiny it sounds like a lump = which could be a cyst or it could be an infected scent gland or it could be a bit of mastitis maybe. Either way it needs looking at by a vet for diagnosis. As it could need treatment. Draining for a cyst or antibiotics for a cyst or infection. Or a vet will be able to tell if it's a small tumour rather than a cyst. How old is she?

Actually, Stella Luna (the hamster in question) is a Syrian. She is a silver long haired, just kind of small. She’s about a year old now.
